I think every teen pretends to be someone they’re not one time or another, so that allows readers to connect with Farrah. She is smart and quirky, but not too much so that you couldn’t relate to her being an everyday teen. Her handler, FBI agent, John, doesn’t take her seriously at first, but they spend a lot more time together, and you can kind of guess where this ends up… :) Farrah rocked. After figuring out a terrorist group’s code that was shown on national television, she was whisked off into captivity for her safety. In fact, many of my friends are interested in it after they saw me reading it! Farrah Higgins is a math genius. My Thoughts: Just from the summary, I could tell that I would enjoy this book. Soon she is personally investigating the case, on the run from terrorists, and faking her own kidnapping– all while trying to convince a young, hot FBI agent to take her seriously. high school genius has left her geek self behind in another school district so she can blend in with the popular crowd at Santa Monica High and actually enjoy her senior year. But when Farrah, the daughter of a UCLA math professor, unknowingly cracks a terrorist group’s number sequence, her laid-back senior year gets a lot more interesting.
