The managerial maxim of there being ‘No ‘ I’ in Team’ would appear to have sent Ferris off in a whirlwind of productivity, the resultant tome being something of a paean to the workplace that his writing eventually removed him from. ![]() It seems that anyone who has so far gotten their grubby little mitts on a copy of this book has been mightily impressed by the collective conscience narrative that lays bare the psyche of America’s financially solvent but otherwise wanting middle-class workforce. ![]() ![]() There are three words that I am obliged to write when reviewing Joshua Ferris’ fantastically wry and celebratory look at office life: first person plural. ![]()
